The Chef, Aurélien Bouyssou

Aurélien Boyussou is the chef of the restaurant at the Hôtel du Château. Since the beginning, he has dedicated his expertise and passion to creating succulent and traditional cuisine. It was in his grandmother's kitchen that he discovered the secrets of our delicious Périgord recipes. It is in homage to this expertise that he offers the best of Périgourdine cuisine every day, homemade and made with fresh produce.

The timetables

Book your table on the terrace or in the dining room. In high season, we are open every day, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm and from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. In low season, we open the doors of our hotel-restaurant in Beynac from 12 pm to 2 pm every day, but also from 7 pm to 8:30 pm from Monday to Saturday.
