Aurélien Boyssou is the chef of the restaurant at the Hôtel du Château. For more than 10 years, he has put his know-how and his passion for the region into succulent, delicious and gourmet dishes. He learned everything from his grandmother, and he highlights this traditional cuisine in a varied and appetizing menu

Reserve your table, on the terrace or in the restaurant room. In high season, we are open every day, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. In low season, we open the doors of our hotel-restaurant in Beynac from 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., but also from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..
